It’s a new year, we have exciting things happening at RHD, such as opening our NEW warehouse in Indy, and to get things started we are beginning with a FRESH, NEW SERVICE ADVISOR CONTEST!
This month we are awarding the top 13 Advisors that sell the most tires in January 2019 with a trip to Bolton Valley in Vermont, to not only learn about WINTER TIRES but to also drive on them!!!
It’s a fun, exciting, and informative trip that will most certainly aid in an increase in tire sales as the year unfolds, and it is brought to you by RHD TIRE and Michelin!
Here are the details, rules, and additional information
-Contest Dates: Jan 1, 2019 – Jan 31, 2019
-Trip Dates: March 25, 2019 – March 27,2019
-Total Winners: 13 Service Advisors
-How to Win: Be one of the 13 Service Advisors that sell the most tires in January 2019.
-Rules: Tires must be sold on the Tire Program. (Ford ATW, GM OAR, or Mopar Tire Works)
-Off Program purchases/ sales will NOT count.
-All program tire brands count.
-Tires must be or have been purchased from RHD TIRE.
-Tires purchased through other Tire Suppliers will not count.
-You must submit your tracking sheets to Jill by February 7th, 2019.

We highly encourage and recommend that you print these sheets and document your tires sales daily throughout the month.
The top performing Service Advisors in the country document what they sell daily!
What gets measured gets managed and what gets managed gets multiplied.
In order to attend the trip you must first receive approval from your Manager(s), and you must send a signed approval agreement via email to Jill by February 7th 2019 to be eligible to win and attend.

Zach has done it again!
He is in the middle of running his 3rd tire event at McDonald Ford’s Quick Lane in Freeland, MI, and I could not be more impressed with the amount of effort, and hard work Zach and his team have put forth! Zach pours his heart and soul into managing his Quick Lane, and it shows! He thinks creatively about how to promote his business, the services they offer and challenges the status quo. He promotes his offerings to all of his co-workers at the Quick Lane and at the Dealership, his family and friends, utilizes social media, and spreads the word throughout his community in a variety of ways. His Quick Lane is not just an auto center; it’s a pillar of the community, and currently it is decorated perfectly for the Halloween season! 🙂

Zach and his team at McDonald Ford Quick Lane in Freeland, MI have successfully held another AMAZING TIRE EVENT!

This time he wanted to teach his customer base about tires so he created the “Learn 2 Earn” program.
With this program all customers who attended Zach’s class held on Saturday, May 5th, 2018, learned about tire care topics such as:
- Tread Life and how to measure your tread depth.
- Stopping distances based on tread depth.
- The importance of changing Run-Flats within 50 miles of a puncture.
- The potential dangers of driving with a bulge in the sidewall.
- Weather-cracking: what to look for and how to know if it is severe.
- And a live demonstration on how to change a flat tire.
All attendees earned a gift bag filled with great promotional items like a hat, a water bottle, keychains, a tread depth gauge, and 5 randomly selected gift bags included a certificate for a FREE “Works Package”!
The pictures below depict that amount of effort and hard work Zach put into this event, and it was once again a major success for them!
Since last October when Zach held his first tire event, his tire business has grown over 85%!
